About

Our Story

Our story began with a trip to visit the giant panda in China with two colleagues, about 15 years into our User Experience Consultancy business.

In our work with various global companies, we observed that many employees do not enjoy their work. The pressure and stress often have a damaging effect on their health. This led us to embark on our version of a PhD, interviewing people globally, researching work, teams, cultures, philosophies, psychology, history and more.

About two years into this journey, we arrived at a question: How can we Make Meaningful Work? We then developed foundational principles, frameworks, and tools to address this question. We have worked with diverse clients, including children as young as eight years old.

Slowly but surely, with the rise of AI and the impact of COVID-19, more people have developed similar vision, and we are now forming a global community.  There is a group of us passionate about empowering people with human skills in this AI era.
