Courses

We provide the following courses in a Make Meaningful Work Sparkle Studio Experience:

1. Three Pillars to Make Meaningful Work

In this course, you will learn the connections of 1. Character refers to the values and moral qualities that act as our inner compass. Character is made of the traits that describe who you are. 2. Leadership does not come from title or ranking alone. Everyone can embody a leadership spirit and this can manifest in different forms, times and places (Contextual Leadership).  3. Culture is made up of the interactions and relationships between people at work.

Character refers to the values and moral qualities that act as our inner compass. Character is made of the traits that describe who you are. Your traits connect to your underlying values that motivate and drive what you do and the why you do what you do that is embodied in your behaviours.

Leadership does not come from title or ranking alone. Everyone can embody a leadership spirit and this can manifest in different forms, times and places.  By having a more intentional direction of building our character, we can shape our leadership that connects to our narratives and to insert meaning into what we do.

Culture is made up of the interactions and relationships between people at work. As we gain clarity on the collective character traits and leadership narratives we are in a better position to shape the culture that we want in a more explicit manner instead of describing culture as an ambiguous thing.

This course includes:

Character

  • Connecting tasks to a bigger picture
  • Sparking curiosity to solve ambiguous problems

Leadership

  • Taking ownership to create collective responsibility
  • Confronting and overcoming difficulties and barriers

Culture

  • Build confidence to make meaningful decisions
