Framework

Our framework to Make Meaningful Work includes 3 key points:

3 Pillars to Make Meaningful Work

1. Character

Character traits connect to your underlying values that motivate and drive what you do and the why you do what you do that is embodied in your behaviours.

2. Leadership

Leadership does not come from title or ranking alone. Everyone can embody a leadership spirit and this can manifest in different forms, times and places.

3. Culture

Culture is made up of the interactions and relationships between people at work. Micro behaviours in teams and in organisations form culture.  When we realise that everyone is a contributor to the culture that we are in and there's something we can do about it, this can demystify assumptions that people make about what we should or should not do in work cultures.

3Ms to Make “Authentic Narratives”

“Authentic narratives” encourage us to take responsibility for inserting meaning into what we do. When we have a clearer picture of an “authentic narrative” for individuals and teams, this helps to connect to the bigger picture of what you are working on.

The three M’s to make “authentic narratives” are:.

1. Motivators

Motivators are closely related to your values and the underlying or deeper intention of what drives you to do what you do.

2. Moments

Moments are specific segments, scenarios or movie clips that are present in the stories we share when we do Practice Spotting™.

3. Mindset & Attitude

Mindset & attitude is about what sort of motivations, attitude, thinking and intentions we seek in the moments at work and the practices we want to apply to provide the outcomes we want.

3A’s to prepare for “readiness for constant change”

The 3As help prepare for “readiness for constant change” and set the foundation for the overall alignment of healthy interactions and relationships between people.

The 3As include:

1. Authenticity

Alignment of values, beliefs, practices, actions and outcomes as defined by the 3Ms including motivators, moments and mindset and attitude, as connected to an “authentic narrative”.

2. Adaptability

Ability to adjust to new conditions with the capacity to adjust decisions and direction as connected to an “authentic narrative”.

3. Alignment

Agreement on positions to move towards well defined and understood directions as connected to an “authentic narrative”.
