Our proprietary "Practice Spotting" tool surfaces learning, connects awareness to behaviours, and enables application of new thinking through specific actions. This accelerates learning.

The "MMW Guided Practice Journal" gives your team additional tools and processes to capture learning and track their progress. Your team will use Practice Cards, Character Cards and Lenses to name a few to personalise their key learning take-aways.

We provide Assessment Tools to track progress and help share the developmental story of your team.

Foundational Modules
