Leadership Development

We consult with and support leadership teams to define values that map to critical practices to use in the interactions and relationships in both the leadership team and the clients. This then creates a set of foundational principles that underpin a leadership program that the leadership team can be responsible for to insert meaning into moments that matter for them and develop this in a sustainable way.

Culture Building

We consult with and support leadership teams to define values that map to critical practices through understanding critical moments to impact culture. This is embodied in a program that is co--created with the use of modules that cover character, leadership and culture and supported by modules that are contextual to the current and future needs of its people, strategy and direction.

We consult with teams and organisations to better understand your problems and needs and customized modules to suit your individual, team and organisation.

Train the MMW Studio Facilitators

We train and mentor to develop people into MMW Studio Facilitator roles to created and lead modules, develop exercises to stimulate conversations and deeper discourse, to host storytelling and doing Practice Spotting™ on those stories to define practices relevant to the problems you are facing and contextual needs to develop character, leadership and culture in your own practice and organisation.
